DESCRIPTIONS
Level definition:
1 for Beginners to 4 for Advanced
HATHA YOGA
FLOW (Level 3)
The first 45 minutes are standing poses (asanas) followed
by 45 minutes of floor poses, completing with breathing (pranayama),
relaxation (savasana) and meditation (dhyana). The
room is heated to 99 degrees to make the body more
pliable for a safer, deeper stretch and to promote a gradual
detoxification of the tissues through perspiration. The posture
flow is a scientifically developed series designed to work
every part of the body safely. Suitable
for (fit) beginners to advanced students.

HATHA YOGA
FLOW (Level 1, 2) INTERMEDIATE
This class is great for those who are moving up from Beginners
yoga, and recommended preparation for the Level 3 class. The
Sun Salutation is included as well as more twisting and upper
body strengthening. Suitable for (fit)
beginners.

HATHA YOGA
FLOW (Level 1) BEGINNERS
Learn the foundation of yoga poses and moving the body with
the breath. Starting with standing poses followed by floor
poses and completing with relaxation, breathing techniques
and meditation. This class is in a non-heated room designed
for beginners of all ages and those with
medical issues who desire a gentle yoga flow for stress
reduction, injury rehabilitation, increased circulation, lower
blood pressure, and relief from chronic lower back and joint
pain. It is a beneficial flow during pregnancy, as yoga is
effective in easing the birth process.

SILENT
HATHA YOGA FLOW (Level 3)
A deeper meditative practice designed
for experienced Level 3 students with 3 months or more
of REGULAR practice. No Beginners without permission.

ONE-HOUR FLOW (Level 2, 3)
Start your day early with an energizing one-hour flow that will leave you energized for the whole day. The room will be heated to 99 degrees and this class is suitable for fit beginners and experienced students.

HATHA
YOGA LEVEL 1 & 2
This class starts with seated pranayama using
the breath to connect mind and body to be fully present in
the practice. Followed by kneeling then standing poses and
back to the floor for relaxation.

Hatha yoga poses. Every class is different, but it is based on the Hatha 2 Flow class.

ASHTANGA
YOGA, PRIMARY SERIES (Level 3, 4)
The complete primary series of Ashtanga Yoga as taught by
Sri K. Pattabhi Jois. A strenuous flow of sequential poses
connected with the breath to heat up and purify the body.
Power yoga or Ashtanga prep experience
required. Suitable for intermediate to advanced students.

A strenuous workout with emphasis on preparation for Ashtanga
Yoga. Each class varies with different poses. Suitable
